At Mozu Doll, we want you to love your fashion finds, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on all unworn items with original tags. If your new outfit isn't a perfect fit, our streamlined process ensures a quick and easy resolution.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Mozu Doll account and select the items from your order history that you wish to return or exchange to receive a Return Authorization number.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all clothing tags remain attached and the garment is in its original, unworn condition.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email to the outside of your parcel and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your exchange item within 5-7 business days.
